ParkCloud: a Decade in Airport Parking Retailing

ParkCloud's ten year journey in business continues next week as we move to a new office in Manchester city centre.

The abhorrent incident which started this week may have put Manchester into the spotlight for the wrong reasons, but we have been buoyed by all the support coming from across the globe, from customers, suppliers and partners, wishing us and the people of Manchester well. We embark on our next chapter enthusiastic and ready for the challenges ahead, proud to be based at the heart of our vibrant city.

It was in summer of 2007 that we took our first airport parking booking; work on systems and relationships had begun in earnest in May 2007. Technically, the firm's 10 year anniversary isn't until next year, as the limited company was formed in April 2008 - so we reserve the right to celebrate again next year!

ParkCloud's new office is located just opposite the historic St Peter's Square, recently completely renovated, and home to Manchester's neoclassical, circular Central Library. The city's Metrolink trams stop in the square making the location very well situated for travel and transport links.

From 1st June ParkCloud's new address will be: Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AE. We look forward to welcoming current and new customers and suppliers alike.

About ParkCloudParkCloud logo

ParkCloud, founded in 2008, lets drivers book a parking space in advance, in the same way as it's possible to do with hotel rooms, restaurant tables... and even a coffee these days.

When travelling, parking is usually the last thing on anybody's mind, but research shows that as much as twenty minutes is wasted when searching for a parking space. ParkCloud's award-winning service aims to solve that problem by letting customers make a parking booking, whether they are getting on a plane, taking a cruise, catching a train, or visiting a city or event. In 40 countries and counting!
