Position

As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in introducing our industry-leading services to both new and existing clients. You will build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and introduce innovative services—all while ensuring exceptional account management. This role is perfect for a driven, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Lead new business acquisition and drive growth within existing accounts.
  • Business Development: Generate new leads and win new business opportunities.
  • Client Growth: Expand relationships with current clients through upselling and organic growth strategies.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and relevant external regulations (e.g., DVLA, IPC).
  • Cold Outreach: Conduct regular cold outreach to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, site visits, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Sales Proposals & Contracts: Create compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including site plans.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Mentorship: Coach and mentor new team members, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a positive and professional representative of the company.
  • Who You Are:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the parking industry is a plus but not essential.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for achieving KPIs.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and able to handle challenges with a positive mindset.
  • Eager to learn and stay on top of industry trends and new product offerings.

Salary: £25,500 per annum basic, plus commission. (OTE £40k+)
Location: Hybrid role from our office in Lancing, or Newton Abbot, with 2 days working from home.
There is free parking onsite. The kitchen facility is stocked with goodies to make your day even better!
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
