Are you a passionate communicator with a talent for building relationships and generating opportunities?

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to help us expand our business by securing high-quality leads and scheduling impactful sales appointments. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, using your persuasive skills to connect with potential clients over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include generating new business meetings and ensuring positive, long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Who you are

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

Salary: £23795.20 per annum. There is also an attractive commission structure with this role.
Location: Lancing - available with hybrid flexibilities. There is free parking onsite.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
