Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you play a key-role in maximizing our revenue by convincing System Integrators and other channel partners to join our growing ecosystem. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Managing existing and acquiring selected new partners to take over our Azena solution and push it through their sales channels
Developing and maximizing company revenue and strategic value in line with the company strategy for the DACH and Eastern Europe region
Generating demand on the end-costumer side across all media and prepare client pitches, presentations and offers
Acquiring and managing complex tenders and orchestrate multi-party projects to close the deal
Working closely with teams that support all customer-facing roles to achieve a great costumer experience
Standing as voice of the customer towards the company’s other stakeholders
Participating in fairs and events to strengthen your network and represent our company

You are a team-player and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to support each other
You have distinctive communication and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex messages convincingly – in written, oral and presentation format
Your working style can be described as collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
Profound B2B sales experience and a proven track record in sales for the Security Industry, IoT, or Information Technologies is a must
Experience in a dynamic environment and in selling new solutions is a plus
Expertise in verticals like transportation, retail or industrial is nice to have
Fluent in German and English
