Job Summary:
As a Corporate Account Manager at DNA Payments, you will serve as the primary point of contact for specific live merchants within our portfolio. Your role will be to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior management, ensuring their payment needs are met through strategic consultation and proactive support. You will be instrumental in resolving merchant issues, identifying new opportunities for growth, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to address merchant requirements. Additionally, you will manage and prioritize both short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts.
Job Description:
- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for specific live merchants (and their partners), ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Merchant Issue Resolution: Partner with the wider business teams to ensure merchant issues are dealt with swiftly.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and senior management within the merchant portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic and consultative advice to merchants, helping them optimize their payment processes and achieve their business goals – including providing end user training on all payment related processes and tools
- Business Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to grow the share of the merchant's wallet by upselling and cross-selling DNA Payments' services and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DNA Payments' internal teams and merchant teams to ensure that merchant needs are fully addressed and aligned with our service offerings.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple short and long term
Required skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in account management or a similar role, preferably in the Fintech or payments industry.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing solutions and related technologies.
- Customer-Centric: A strong focus on client satisfaction and a proactive approach to solving merchant issues.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic insights and consultative advice to senior management.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines, utilizing internal resources effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
