Parking, Taxi and Passenger Service (PTP) is responsible for operating the passenger processes through the terminals and ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors. They assist passengers and business partners with large and small tasks in the terminals and are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the airport – right from the subway door to the plane door, except for the security check.
PTP also has the operational responsibility for the airport's parking facilities, which are monitored around the clock, as well as for handling taxi driving, limousine driving and cruise traffic.

About being a Duty Manager | Proactive – Visibility
The position is a temporary maternity leave, starting as soon as possible, but no later than 1 November, with a duration of one year.
As Duty Manager, you are responsible for operations 'on the day' where you are CPH's eyes and ears during your tour of the terminals. You react proactively if there is something in the passenger processes that is not optimal, and together with your team, you are ready to resolve urgent incidents and assist our business partner, which includes Groundhandler, Security, Boarder Police, DSB and the Metro company and the airlines.
You will be part of a fixed shift arrangement, where you work in a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts in the period from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day of the week.
