B2B Account Manager (Oslo, NO)
About the Role
As Account Manager, you will handle a customer base consisting of both existing and new potential business customers
You will be responsible for selling EasyPark's business solutions to new potential customers, as well as upgrading and handling existing customers. You will handle the entire sales process, and be the contact person for your customers in the portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work with short sales cycles, close a lot of deals and work in a transactional type of sales.
Your most important areas of responsibility
- Actively sell, negotiate and provide offers for EasyPark's B2B solutions, as well as proactive follow-up, provide product information and general customer support via telephone.
- Existing customer portfolio - overlook your own customer portfolio with a focus on upselling and support for your customers.
- Establish relationships with customers and drive sales to increase brand awareness for our business solutions.
- Work with CRM system to ensure data quality.
- Commercial responsibility for the agreement with the customer and delivering qualitative sales.
- Build good relationships
Who are we looking for?
- Experience from outbound telephone sales with at least 60 calls per day.
- Has previous experience with sales in a B2B environment.
