About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage a customer base consisting of both existing and new potential corporate customers
You will be responsible for selling EasyPark's business solutions to new potential customers, as well as upgrading and managing existing customers. You will handle the entire sales process, and be the contact person for your customers in the portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work with short sales cycles, close many deals and work with a transactional type of sales.
Your main responsibilities
- Actively sell, negotiate and make offers on EasyPark's B2B solutions, as well as proactive follow-up, provide product information and general customer support via phone.
- Existing customer portfolio - oversee your own customer portfolio with a focus on upselling, and support to your customers.
- Establish relationships with customers and drive sales to increase brand awareness for our business solutions.
- Work with CRM system to ensure data quality.
- Commercial responsibility for the agreement with the customer and deliver qualitative sales.
- Build good relationships
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in outbound telephone sales with at least 60 calls per day.
- Previous experience in sales in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
- Enthusiastic, innovative thinker who never settles for "good enough", and who always strives to improve himself.
- Passion for sales and a desire to be the best possible.
- Team player and self-motivated, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Internal drive to succeed.
