EasyPark, the global market leader in Parking Apps, is looking for a Customer Care Agent for our office in Amsterdam who can help our customers via our social media, email and telephone communication platforms.

You contribute and make an impact by:

  • Providing high-quality service to our customers who have questions about our services or product via telephone, chat, email and social media.
  • Keeping internal systems up-to-date on a daily basis.
  • Achieving your daily objectives.
  • Collaborating with other departments and teams to support our customers.
  • You contribute to team meetings and (improvement) projects.

About you:

  • You have a positive attitude, you are analytical and solution-oriented, your Dutch and English, both spoken and written, are perfect.
  • You can easily switch between different activities. You can work in a dynamic environment and you like to help people.
  • You have at least MBO+/HBO level.
  • You can work both in a team and independently.
