The Role

As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in building the right business conditions to expand our B2B customer base. From driving strategic digitalization to developing a high-performing sales team, you’ll be responsible for every aspect of our B2B sales success in Slovenia. Your goal is to optimize growth, drive net revenue, and create a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark’s core values: Be Curious, Play Together, and Inch by Inch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the B2B market expansion in Slovenia by building and nurturing relationships with key accounts while driving new business development.
  • Set and manage the B2B budget and sales targets for the Slovenian market, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of B2B Inside Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance.
  • Drive new business and account growth by establishing strong sales strategies, utilizing CRM tools, and adhering to best practices to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team and other EasyPark functions to align on global strategies and leverage cross-market opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management, backed by data-driven insights and analysis of market trends.
  • Maximize net growth and revenue by consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment with EasyPark's values and long-term goals.

Your Background:

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of building and managing high-performance teams.
  • A results-driven leader with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and optimizing performance.
  • You excel in using data and insights to make informed decisions that drive business impact.
  • Experience in a multinational environment, working with cross-functional teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluent in Slovenian and English, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
