The Role

You'll be part of the POS (Point of Sale) team, along with a project manager and product specialist, reporting into the head of POS.

The POS team drives the vision and strategy of our POS material across all regions EasyPark operates in. This includes testing, developing, managing and rolling-out our POS material in close collaboration with the Data Insights, Creative, Martech, Sales and Distribution teams to increase our market exposure and drive consumer acquisition globally.

As part of this role, you will be a key component in driving our strategy by administering the POS material ordering system in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the sales and marketing organizations.

You will be the go-to person and champion in all matters related to the POS material ordering flow and print vendor management globally, in aim to drive towards operational excellence. As such, you will work collaboratively with the whole organization to create and launch our amazing services! As one team we will move EasyPark Group to new heights.

Your contribution & impact

  • Actively contribute to sustaining a well-oiled machine for seamless ordering, production, delivery and installation of our POS material.
  • Set guidelines on how to work in a more scalable and efficient way through process automation.
  • Administer users and teams on the POS Order Management System, including the definition and development of supporting material for onboarding purposes.
  • Administer the POS material master catalogue, product creation, data maintenance and data cleaning.
  • Provide system support to key users, diagnosing issues and manage timely fixes in partnership with a marketing automation specialist.
  • Continually manage platform performance, including effective automated communication flows.
  • Work closely with key users and internal stakeholders to understand the business context and requirements, and feed an ongoing product roadmap to support their growth objectives.
  • Support the deployment of new versions and promote new features, developing relevant supporting material in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Work with our Data Analytics team as a sounding board for operational efficiency and support in analyzing results and formulating recommendations.
  • Deep-dive into the user journeys and how they interact with our POS ordering systems and tools, continuously aiming to optimize the user experience.

Your background

  • For this position, we are in search of a curious and data-driven system administrator, with both a drive for results and a strong analytical backbone.
  • We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
  • 3-5 years experience in IT and/or IT administration
  • Previous experience working with low-code platforms such as ReTool is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of cross-country experience is a plus.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of translating business objectives into technical requirements, as well as presenting technical roadmaps to a business audience
  • A “be curious” mentality, a data-obsessed approach, with the ability to get things done while playing together as a team.
  • Work in a very hands-on manner, understanding that the team is on a growth journey, while at the same time supporting to drive our POS vision and strategy.
  • Strong in stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Passionate about digital user experience, system automations and analytics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Business level English, both written and spoken
