Business Development Manager – EFAFLEX (MX)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver agreed budget (+) levels of performance (value & volume) in line with expectations.
  • Ensure sufficient quote and order bank activity is in place to maintain and deliver forecast business within stated timescales.
  • Set and monitor performance to agreed objectives/KPI’s providing clear timely reporting, identifying appropriate corrective action/s as necessary.
  • Develop a structured plan (rolling 90 days) to develop existing and new key business in my sales region.
  • Ensure agreed levels of productivity are achieved, identifying areas for improvement, taking appropriate corrective action/s as required.
  • Manage contractual exposure and risk to the business in all customer/supplier negotiations.
  • Improve accuracy & quality of information from commercial dealings, driving system and process improvements to enhance our customer offer alongside potential revenue/ margin/volume growth.
  • Provide regular structured analysis and detailed reporting on key areas of responsibility, using the same to identify additional opportunities for business growth.
  • Undertake (agreed or ad-hoc) market research to assess new business opportunities.
  • Contributing towards the creation of a healthy, conducive working environment optimising retention and future candidate attraction.
  • Consistently promote high standard in all we do, leading by example.
  • Any other reasonable request as required by the business.


  • Proven sales background.
  • Language skills: Spanish , English
  • Experience accurately interpreting and meeting the needs and requirements of our customers.
  • Proven ability to effectively deal with customer sensitivities, showing an understanding of contractual & other requirements, financial terms and applicable laws.
  • Analytical, able to interpret and identify opportunities from data sets/market information.
  • HNC/Degree in business/marketing related discipline (desirable).
