Project Manager (Hybrid, Seattle, US)
FLASH is seeking a Project Manager to join our local Branch team in the Seattle region. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for guiding high-profile projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring the successful implementation of FLASH hardware and software.
As a PM, you will lead the success of our largest, most visible, and/or complex projects. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal FLASH teams to scope and coordinate product installations while ensuring systems work as designed. You’ll need to understand objectives, priorities, processes, and potential challenges, providing leadership to achieve successful implementations. Position responsibilities will also include sales of Building Access and Project Management of sold deals of Building Access. This role involves onboarding new projects and managing them through completion, including scoping, conducting project kickoff and weekly meetings, ordering required equipment, coordinating shipments, and scheduling installation crews.
What You'll Do:
- Lead enterprise and other customers through complex implementations at Flash.
- Onboard new projects, manage them through completion, including scoping, conducting kickoff and weekly meetings, and ordering equipment.
- Coordinate shipments and schedule installation crews, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope and install products, ensuring systems work as designed.
- Understand objectives, priorities, processes, and potential challenges to guide successful implementations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Flash ecosystem and its functionality.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their success.
- Manage the financial aspects of projects to maintain or improve the original budget and gross margin.
- Create adaptable project plans to address challenges as they arise.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Anticipate and proactively manage obstacles, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
- Build strong relationships and enhance the customer experience to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Identify process gaps and make recommendations for future improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of project management or related experience, ideally in the parking industry.
- PARCS Manufacturing, Operations, Technical Support, CPP, and PMP certifications (preferred).
- Strong understanding of parking operations, technology, and customer verticals such as government, education, and healthcare.
- Experience with technology implementations and cross-functional collaboration (development, testing, product management, etc.).
- Experience in parking/mobility/commercial infrastructure is a plus
$85,000 - $90,000 a year
Salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.
