Customer Success - Key Account Manager (Paris, FR)

YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Build and execute processes to onboard new clients BTB
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to maximize adoption of our platform and revenue potential
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to address any operational issues related to your portfolio of accounts
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross sell our entire range of services
  • Gather feedback on platform usage to help Tech and Customer Care teams improve internal processes
  • Track, optimize and report commercial, financial and operational results on a monthly basis
  • SLA+KPI follow up
  • Animate our partners (Central purchasing + Insurance company)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Open to any profil background
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role in the B2B space
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Affinity to tech and data driven business models
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Knowledge of the Mobility industry is a plus
