Your job:

  • You are the direct contact person to support our customers on the phone or remotely
  • You are responsible for setting up our software (remotely)
  • You organize, are responsible for and carry out customer training
  • You create documentation and monitor it
  • You visit our customers and are available to them as a direct contact person

Your qualification:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or an apprenticeship in the IT sector
  • You are tech-savvy and confident in dealing with the Windows operating system and Office programs and have a basic understanding of business processes
