Your job:
- You are the direct contact person to support our customers on the phone or remotely
- You are responsible for setting up our software (remotely)
- You organize, are responsible for and carry out customer training
- You create documentation and monitor it
- You visit our customers and are available to them as a direct contact person
Your qualification:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or an apprenticeship in the IT sector
- You are tech-savvy and confident in dealing with the Windows operating system and Office programs and have a basic understanding of business processes
- You have initial experience in dealing with merchandise management and cash register systems
- Experience working with databases is desirable
