Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be a key player in providing analytical support and insights to the Finance and Revenue teams. You will analyze critical revenue metrics, generate insights that guide business decisions, and identify growth opportunities. Your work will enhance data consistency and reporting quality, creating synergies across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to develop and deliver key reporting and analytical initiatives that support the sales organization.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to highlight key findings and offer valuable insights.
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for the business.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Support Sales management with onboarding and enablement projects, including drafting and delivering presentations.
  • Manage and ensure the utilization of key tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), sales engagement platforms, and contact database platforms.
  • Conduct basic research to identify cause-and-effect relationships impacting business performance.
  • Develop and maintain a set of standard reports to track the company’s progress against key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, data management, and report creation within a SaaS environment, supporting multiple internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales enablement, training, and onboarding, including planning, scheduling, and delivering presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Data Enrichment Tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo) and Sales Enablement Tools (e.g., Fathom, SalesLoft).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Database List Builders (e.g., D&B, Hoovers, ZoomInfo) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • CRM expertise in Salesforce.com and certified is essential; experience with Pardot is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results.
