Spirit of the Position:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the regional leadership team. The Assistant represents the region by greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere toward applicants, employees, customers, and clients by providing excellent service, coordinating recruitment efforts, answering all inbound calls, and helping positively resolve inquiries, complaints, etc.

Principle Job Duties:

  • Answer telephone calls and provide excellent customer service. Direct calls to the appropriate department and answer voicemails
  • Maintain office supply inventory and process orders. Organize and refill supplies.
  • Organize and maintain the delivery and mail area.
  • Open and distribute mail.
  • Code and process invoices.
  • Help with walk-in customers.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Assist the Revenue team with Reports, Account Receivables, and Notes

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Teams. Customer service.
  • Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea-sharing and creative problem-solving.
  • Strong customer service skills and abilities.
  • Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees and managers.
  • Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude).

  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Bilingual is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
  • Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
  • Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs
