Context:

As part of the Project Management Department, integrated into the Sales Department and reporting to the Business Engineers Manager, your mission will be to steer and coordinate projects to install our solutions internationally. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient deliveries to our growing international customer base, in compliance with local administrative rules and within the contractual deadlines. A true conductor, you will be responsible for project budget commitments (invoicing, costs, etc.) and will be the key contact for the network of local partners.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage all export projects from start to finish: from supporting sales and marketing teams in the design and costing of technical solutions through to delivery. Particular attention will be paid to compliance with standards, deadlines, budgets and customer invoicing.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams (sales, logistics, technical, local distributors and customers) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Lead, coordinate and act as a point of reference for the distributor network.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Monitor and report on projects and performance indicators to management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and proposed solutions, working closely with customers and internal teams.

Depending on your profile and skills, the position could be upgraded to a sales role.

Your assets for success:

  • Education: Degree in project management, international business, engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in export project management or a similar position.
  • Skills: Excellent command of project management methodologies, with planning, organization and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: International trade rules and practices, including incoterms and customs regulations.
  • Languages: Fluent in several languages, including French and English; other languages a plus.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Commercial: Ability to negotiate and develop customer satisfaction.
