Context :

As part of our development, we are looking for a Store Manager / Logistics and Stock Manager for our warehouse located at the head office. You will join a team of two warehouse workers, and your role will be essential to ensure efficient stock management and logistics operations.

Main missions:

Inventory Management:

  • Supervise the receiving, storage and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock levels and conduct regular inventories.
  • Implement inventory management procedures to optimize space and resources.

Logistics :

  • Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations in conjunction with agencies.
  • Ensure order tracking and management of merchandise returns.
  • Manage international shipments, including documentation, customs and associated regulations.
  • Work with carriers to optimize costs and delivery times.

Team management:

  • Supervise and train storekeepers in their daily tasks.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Assess and develop the skills of team members.

Administration and Reporting:

  • Produce regular reports on inventory status and logistics performance.
  • Develop, prepare and present regular reports of performance indicators.
  • Manage budgets related to storage and transportation operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Your assets for success:

  • Soft skills: Leadership, team spirit, organizational skills, autonomy, rigor and good communication skills.
  • Skills: Minimum 7 years of experience in inventory management and/or logistics, knowledge of international shipping (required documents, customs regulations, logistics processes), mastery of inventory management software (ERP, WMS), and ability to work with IT tools (office automation, Excel).
  • Education: Degree in logistics, operations management, or equivalent field.
  • Languages: Fluency in French. English is a plus.

Remuneration: to be negotiated according to profile

Contract type: Permanent, Executive
