As Head of Field Projects, you are ultimately responsible for the successful execution of SKIDATA projects in the Netherlands. You report hierarchically to the Country Manager NL and functionally to the Head of Field Projects Europe and you are part of the MT.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for ensuring that projects are realized with good quality, on time and within budget. You ensure efficient execution of projects, including NF (new facility) and ME (modernization) field projects and digital services. In addition to department management and monitoring the total project overview, you lead projects yourself if necessary. You are the link between customer, internal stakeholders, suppliers and technology.

Improvement projects are initiated and successfully executed by you, whereby you ensure good coordination and cooperation with the parties involved. You are able to make a professionalization step and raise the level of the projects department to a higher level. You lead your team of 6 employees in an inspiring, guiding and coaching manner and manage on KPIs. You ensure optimal cooperation between Sales, Project Management and Service and you connect these departments with different responsibilities and interests with each other and let them operate as one team.

With us, "the customer is king", you actively think along with challenges of our customer, are solution-oriented and ensure that the customer is optimally satisfied. You support Sales in the tender process. Reports regarding the project progress are drawn up and presented by you, so that they can be used as management information.

• A completed HBO or WO education, preferably in a technical or business direction;
• Demonstrable experience with project management (e.g. a PMI certificate or IPMA) of which at least 3 years as a Manager;
• A proven track record in the field of improvement, optimization and change processes;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desired;
• Knowledge of Field Project processes: You understand the processes and challenges of a Field Project Manager and can tackle them effectively;
• Knowledge of digitalization and IT;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is required, command of the German language is a plus.

You are prepared to travel approximately 20% of your time, within the Netherlands, and to visit the head office in Austria a few times a year.
