Supervision Technician (Nanterre, FR)


Job description

Reporting to the Sales and Customer Services Manager, the M/F technician will be in charge of monitoring the data coming from our cameras installed at our various customers: car parks, access control, intelligent transport solutions.

He/She is responsible for customer satisfaction, as well as that of all users.

Based in Nanterre, the M/F technician will work closely with the R&D department and the support team.

Main missions

  • Installation of customer accounts on the software platform;
  • Control of the different stages of the workflow;
  • Receives alerts generated by the software and takes the appropriate measures;
  • Report bugs and software anomalies to the R&D team;
  • Responds to product support requests.

Required profile

  • The candidate must have solid technical knowledge in operational systems and computer networks (network settings, router and switch settings, remote office, Windows, VPN, 4G connections, Cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, organized, responsive and dynamic.
  • Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus (French and foreign customer sites).
