This position is the Product Manager for the enterprise systems supporting T2’s multi-space parking solution. As Product Manager, you execute the vision and roadmap for Iris and MobilePay. In this capacity, the Product Manager meets with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders (including senior management) to determine the correct development necessary to achieve near and long-term revenue targets. The Product Manager manages and grooms the product backlog for Iris and MobilePay. This individual communicates our unique value and our product roadmap internally and externally.

  • Act as the product owner for Iris and MobilePay
    • Write user stories including detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
    • Prioritize and plan sprint effort
    • Work with developers to estimate story sizes.
    • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, demonstrations, and sprint reviews.
    • Accept stories after they have met the acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the development backlog to maximize the value delivered by the team.
  • Profitably grow product revenue, including tracking the revenue, COGS, and gross margin attributable to the Iris and MobilePay subscription services delivered as part of the multi-space parking solution.
  • Develop a rich understanding of T2’s products and the parking industry.
  • Maintain a vision and roadmap for Iris and MobilePay
    • Understand our customers’ business problems and find ways to address those problems.
    • Attend T2’s annual user group and other trade shows.
    • Evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests.
    • Track and manage the product lifecycle for embedded technologies.
  • Support Marketing and Sales to craft and deliver a message to the market that highlights the unique position that T2 and Flex have in the parking industry.

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum three years experience in software Product Management, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, from a four-year college or university
  • Familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing approach to Product Management is desirable
  • Knowledge of and experience with payments and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) is desirable.
