Account Manager (Amsterdam/Groningen/Remote, NL)

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to take-on a wide-range of accounts within Spain to build and foster mutually beneficial relationships with clients across the territory to make sure they are prepared and well-served throughout the year.

What you’ll do

  • Having regular contact with medium to large-sized customers (turnover) according to a tight contact strategy.
  • Finding new parkings (new business) for our platform
  • Diving into the market to obtain valuable information which you can use in your approach to parkings
  • Research intel regarding the airport(s) you are responsible for
  • Making a competitive analysis
  • Stakeholder management with other departments (Marketing & CS) to gather market information and utilize this in your daily work and relationship building with customers
  • Contacting parkings for various reasons such as building relationships, advice on pricing, listing parking options within the CMS, changing parking details (after listing) such as opening times, content, pictures etc.

  • You have strong negotiating skills, always opting for a starting point that benefits both your employer and the customer.
  • You enjoy communicating with clients and have the communication skills to build relationships with your clients. (parkings) and professional network.
  • You are eager to learn and enjoy learning about the opportunities and threats your clients face in their sector.
  • You work independently without losing sight of the interests of your team.
  • You are able to take a bird's eye view and see the bigger picture. You can also communicate this vision effortlessly to your customers and colleagues.
  • Despite thinking commercially, you always put the customer's interests first. You understand that this is necessary to build a good relationship of trust with your client.
