HUB was presented with a prestigious award

HUB Parking Technology exhibited at the NPA's 63rd Annual Convention & Expo held last week in Las Vegas, NV and was presented with an award as Technology Partner of the most innovative Facility of the Year, City of Santa Monica Parking Structure #6 at the NPA Awards Luncheon.

The NPA Innovation Awards recognize companies and individuals who demonstrate professionalism and parking best practices while using leadership and state-of-the-art technology to improve safety, sustainability and bottom line results.

HUB Parking Technology further enhanced the customer experience by implementing a pay-on-foot system in the #6 garage, as well as the city's 13 additional structures. A cutting-edge software solution, designed to improve and simplify the management of parking facilities, operates all 14 locations from one centralized control panel in the parking office. The reliability and improved processing capability of this new system has delivered tangible benefits to the City including improved traffic flow during busy periods, faster processing of credit card transactions, prevention of tailgating on entry, improved customer experience with fewer complaints and higher parking utilization and more efficient and easier facilities management.
