Junior International Account Manager

Result-driven | Ownership | Ambitious

As a Junior International Account Manager, you’ll step into a commercial role where ownership, quick learning and drive matter more than years of experience. You’ll work with companies across the globe, build real relationships with key decision-makers, and learn how to turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

This is not a “sit back and wait” kind of role. It’s for someone who enjoys taking initiative, picking up the phone, and making things happen.

What you’ll be doing

  • High-volume outbound calling is a core part of the role, as you actively reach out to prospects and existing clients
  • Build and manage your own international client portfolio
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships
  • Represent Parking Network at international exhibitions and events
  • Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Take ownership of your targets and pipeline
  • Keep a close eye on market developments and opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • You’re ready to grow in a commercial role, whether you’re just starting out or have some initial experience
  • You’re comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations
  • You’re goal-oriented and motivated by results (and growth)
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages = big plus)
  • You’re resilient; rejections don’t slow you down
  • You take ownership and follow through on commitments
  • You enjoy working both independently and, in a team,
  • You bring energy, curiosity and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in sales, marketing services or business development (nice to have)
  • Affinity with B2B environments or international markets (nice to have)
