NPA Skills Certificate Program:

VALET OPERATIONS CERTIFICATE

Valet parking services are a key component in many parking operator’s portfolio of services solutions. It is a high-touch service requiring dedicated service-friendly and efficient team members.

NPA's online Valet Operations Certificate Course provides an in-depth look at the fundamentals and best practices in valet parking operations. It covers four domains:

1. Valet Product and Operations Management
2. Safety and Risk Management
3. Employee Management
4. Service Delivery

This 4-part, online course is designed for parking managers, emerging leaders, and supervisory level employees in commercial, municipal, health care, airport, special event, and other valet parking operations.

Successful completion of the course earns a certificate and 3 hours continuing education credit.

How to Earn the Certificate:

To earn the Valet Operations Certificate, you must complete all 4 parts of the online course. The parts can be completed in any order. Upon completion of the course requirements, you will receive a certificate and earn 3 credit hours.
