The Borough of State College, PA is among the first parking operations in the US to deploy a fully unified License Plate-Enabled Parking (LEP) solution. Attendees will hear first-hand from Borough Parking Manager, Charley DeBow, about why the organization became interested in the LEP ecosystem of technologies, how they selected vendors, and the goals their LEP solution will help State College achieve in this roundtable discussion including the four integrated vendors that together offer the total LEP solution.
