Recycle, Reuse, Repurpose: Parking Meters?

It seems that just about everything is on our list to recycle these days. Not only our rubbish, but unwanted gifts, dirty nappies, and old chewing gum. Recycling can also have a two-fold effect of repurposing items as well as raising money for the homeless.

The meters were designed by the students of the Art Centre college of Design.
