BISS is a parking technology company delivering end-to-end solutions for both on-street and off-street parking operations. We design, manufacture, and operate our own parking infrastructure and software, giving operators and municipalities a single, reliable partner across the entire parking ecosystem.

Our portfolio includes modern PARCS systems, proprietary payment stations manufactured in-house, and flexible on-street parking solutions tailored to urban environments. At the core of our solutions sits FidPark, BISS’s proprietary software platform that powers access control, payments, enforcement workflows, and operational management across locations.

With more than 250 payment stations installed across the Baltic states, BISS combines proven hardware expertise with scalable, cloud-ready software. In parallel, we have developed Flomo, a parking analytics and digital payments platform that enables data-driven decision-making and frictionless user experiences. Flomo supports QR-code based payments and integrates with local payment gateways, allowing it to function both as an analytics layer and a customer-facing payment method.

By combining hardware manufacturing, software development, and deep operational know-how, BISS helps parking operators modernize infrastructure, reduce operational complexity, and prepare for the next generation of smart, connected parking.
