Entringo — Designed and manufactured in Estonia Smart Ticketless Parking and Yard Management Solutions Entringo provides integrated vehicle flow management solutions across two independent product lines: Entringo Parking — a smart ticketless parking management system for off-street and on-street parking, private access control, and multi-site operator deployments; and Entringo Traffic — a yard and vehicle flow management system for industrial sites, logistics yards, ports, factories, and other operational environments requiring controlled and traceable vehicle access. Both product lines are built on the same hardware platform but operate with independent, purpose-built software systems and backoffices.

All Entringo solutions are built on License Plate Recognition (LPR/ANPR) as the access and identification layer — a fully ticketless approach that eliminates paper tickets, removes mechanical ticket hardware, and manages access and billing entirely by number plate. ANPR-based access is two to three times faster than traditional barrier systems in practice, as vehicles do not need to stop before the gate responds.

The platform is modular and configurable. Deployments scale from a single-gate access control installation to multi-zone, multi-site networks, all managed from one central backoffice. Access rules, tariff structures, integrations, and operational workflows are configured per deployment without requiring changes to the customer’s existing processes.

Adaptability extends to the software layer. Entringo operates a no-code / low-code platform that allows configurations, workflows, access rules, and integrations to be tailored to each customer’s individual requirements without custom software development in the majority of cases.

Entringo Parking is a complete parking management system based on License Plate Recognition. It covers the full range of parking use cases on a single platform: off-street paid parking with dynamic tariffs and multi-zone management; private access control for office buildings, residential complexes, and mixed-use developments; on-street pay-by-number via modular payment kiosks; and barrier-free freeflow environments where enforcement is managed digitally.

At the lane, Lane Gates and Lane Terminals carry 24-inch high-brightness, anti-glare displays that show real-time space counts, confirmed plate detection, personalised guidance messages, and process status. When a situation requires driver action, the screen communicates what to do next without requiring staff intervention. This driver-centric design reduces queue formation, front-desk calls, and operational overhead simultaneously.

For office and residential environments with multiple tenants, the self-service tenant portal removes the day-to-day management burden from building managers. Each tenant company administers its own vehicle list, visitor access, and simultaneous occupancy limits independently. The system auto-generates monthly billing reports per tenant, eliminating manual reconciliation. At Tallinn Airport, the self-service portal freed approximately 40% of the responsible staff member’s working time previously spent on permit management.

Payment options are fully modular: Pay-on-Exit terminals at the exit lane (combining guidance display and card payment in a single unit), Cashless Payment Stations for card-only outdoor use, and full EAA-compatible Cash Kiosks with coin recycling, note handling, receipt printing, and QR/barcode readers for discount and validation. Rather than a proprietary payment application, Entringo integrates with popular third-party payment and parking apps.

The Entringo Backoffice provides operators with a complete operational view: live gate status and camera feeds, occupancy by zone, event logs with plate images, tariff configuration, customer and permit management, and financial reporting. Deployments run cloud-hosted or on-premises. The system architecture ensures gates continue operating and payments continue processing independently of internet connectivity.

Integrations are delivered through an open API gateway with pre-built connectors for 3rd-party payment applications, hotel reservation and PMS systems, access control platforms, smart building systems, and parking operator backoffices. Custom integrations are a standard part of project delivery.

Entringo Traffic is an independent product line for site traffic management on industrial, operational, and logistics sites. It is designed to make the overall vehicle flow on a site smooth, fast, and fully automatic — eliminating arrival peak congestion, reducing unnecessary staffing costs, and ensuring that drivers of different nationalities receive clear, consistent guidance. Digitalisation and process automation are at the core of the product: every vehicle movement is tracked, every step is logged, and the system handles the coordination that would otherwise require manual intervention.

The product covers the first and last mile of supply chain transportation management — from the moment a driver is scheduled to arrive at a site, through gate entry, process execution, and departure. The goal is to digitise shipment and process data at the point of vehicle entry and automate the entire traffic flow, eliminating the need for manual coordination, staffed security booths, and paper-based processes on standard operations.

Entringo Traffic serves a broad range of industrial customer segments: factories and manufacturing sites where supplier and outbound transport vehicles must follow specific routing and process steps; distribution hubs and logistics yards managing high volumes of inbound and outbound freight with dock-level assignment; passenger and cargo ports requiring multi-stakeholder access management and full movement traceability; circular economy and recycling stations where vehicles carry different material types requiring routing to specific processing areas; woodmills and metalworks where raw material and finished goods transport must be integrated with production planning systems.

Process management begins before the vehicle arrives. Entringo Traffic supports loading timeslot planning and booking — transport companies and suppliers can reserve arrival windows in advance, preventing congestion and managing dock capacity proactively. Registered bookings trigger automated communication with drivers on mobile devices: arrival confirmations, reminders, and access instructions are sent directly without manual dispatcher involvement. Site staff and warehouse teams receive automated notifications of incoming shipments on their mobile devices, giving operations visibility of what is arriving, when, and to which dock — before the vehicle reaches the gate.

At the gate, the ANPR camera reads the plate against the booking. Matched arrivals pass automatically. Unrecognised or out-of-window arrivals are routed to a self-declaration kiosk or intercom — no guard required for routine handling.

Once inside, LED RGB guidance displays direct drivers to the correct dock, weighbridge, inspection bay, or waiting area in real time. Integration with ERP and WMS systems allows bookings to pull from existing business data, event confirmations to write back, and custom workflows to trigger automatically based on goods type, vehicle category, or process requirements.

The operational outcome is a fully documented, automated traffic flow with complete traceability for every vehicle movement — arrival time, gate used, dock assigned, dwell time, departure — meeting requirements for regulatory compliance, customer SLAs, and operational audit. All data is captured digitally at the point of entry, removing paper from the process and enabling downstream systems to act on confirmed arrival events automatically.
