SUNCOAST was established in 1983 by individuals with significant experience in the application of unbonded post-tensioning in commercial and residential construction. The founders were uniquely aware of the numerous benefits of post-tensioning in modern day construction. They reasoned that if they could make this technology and their collective expertise available to contractors in a way that would provide added value, SUNCOAST would be a success.
