ParkHub is a Dallas, Texas based technology company that provides software and hardware services for the global parking industry. ParkHub serves key elements of the sports and entertainment industry, working at the Association or League levels, as well as specific large venues and parking operators. We continue to build on our successful partnerships at venues coast to coast including AT&T Stadium, Levi Stadium, Pepsi Center, BB&T Pavilion, and other large stadiums, theaters, Performing Arts Centers, and arenas. In addition, ParkHub provided the event parking technology at the last seven Super Bowls.

Position Overview:

ParkHub is in search of a Director of Marketing to help us continue to define the future of parking and mobility.

This is a key member of the Growth Team and main marketing leader who will collaborate with the executive team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and grow marketing department functions and personnel required to support a high-growth strategy
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, pipeline contributions, and other financial considerations
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
  • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with management, agency and distribution partners, and staff to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services (includes but not limited to Executive Summary, Mission Statement, Identifying Target Market, Identifying Buyer Personas, SWOT Analysis, Distribution Strategy, Promotion Strategy, Budgeting)
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis. Assist with Pre and Post event marketing campaigns.
  • Help position ParkHub as a thought leader in the industry
  • Review and update website and marketing/sales collaterals
  • Define and manage internal and external communication strategies for all M&A activity
  • Design, implement, and refine scoring framework to identify optimal net new revenue opportunities within our core/emerging markets and established client base
  • Regularly contribute insights to support forecasting meetings with sales to review pipeline, resolve challenges, present possible solutions, and provide ongoing enablement to improve close rates

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven success in communicating software technology to diverse stakeholders at large enterprise customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in Director marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop new processes and/or formats as needed
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Operated in a SaaS business model
