Tasks

  • Opening up new European markets (e.g. Germany, France, Italy)
  • Finding, acquiring and contracting National Distributor (ND) partners
  • Conducting C-level (CEO, owner) negotiations
  • Building and long-term management of strategic partnerships
  • Managing hybrid sales processes (hardware + SaaS, recurring revenue model)
  • Identifying market opportunities and developing a business development strategy
  • Active participation in international exhibitions and business events
  • Close cooperation with internal teams (product, marketing, management)

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of "hunting" sales experience, of which 5+ years in the Gate Automation, Perimeter Security or Access Control sector
  • Live network with European National Distributor decision-makers (owners, CEOs)
  • Confident Acting in C-Level Negotiation Situations
  • Experience in selling complex (HW + SaaS) solutions with recurring revenue logic
  • Business level English language skills (fluent)
  • Independent, proactive and result-oriented work
  • High willingness to travel (regular foreign negotiations, exhibitions)
  • Graduate degree (economic, marketing or technical field is an advantage)

An advantage

  • German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills
  • Experience in a scale-up environment or market building phase
  • Deeper understanding of SaaS-based business models
  • Experience in building international distribution networks
  • Gate automation Existing relationships with key industry players (e.g. Ditec, FAAC, Nice, Came ecosystem)
