Main tasks:

  • ✅ Complete management of several IT development projects running in parallel
  • 🧩 Develop and implement project plans along the set goals and deadlines
  • 👥 Coordinating and controlling the work of the project team, ensuring compliance with schedules
  • 🤝 Close cooperation with the Development Director and other project managers
  • 🚀 Active participation in supporting product development processes

What should you bring with you?

Expectations:

  • Higher technical education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading IT projects with references
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira)
  • Systemic and project-based mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills, 20+ leadership skills

 Advantages:

  • Degree or certificate in project management (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2)
  • Experience in the application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
