Adaptive Recognition

The task of the operations assistant is to perform administrative, organizational and coordination activities related to the daily operations of the company, with particular attention to supporting records, tools and processes related to the operations area.

Tasks

Operational and administrative tasks:

  • Preparation and management of operation-related documents
  • Keeping records (vehicles, equipment, administrative lists)
  • Data recording, status and deadline tracking
  • Creating simpler reports and lists in Excel

Tasks related to vehicle operation:

  • Vehicle-related administration (e.g. contracts, records)
  • Administration and organization related to tires and repairs
  • Management of data related to mileage and vehicle usage
  • Contact with services and providers

Coordination and organization:

  • Cooperation with internal departments
  • Forwarding tasks, collecting feedback
  • Administrative support for daily operations
  • Performing ad hoc operational tasks

Expectations

  • No higher education required
  • Confident user-level computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
