What are you going to do?

1. Full sales support (End-to-End coordination)

  • Operational support of the sales process from quotation through order to fulfillment.
  • Compiling offers, taking over closed deals and coordinating implementation.

2. Customer Relationship Management and Communication

  • Proactively engaging with customers and providing continuous information.
  • Manage customer inquiries, send status reports and follow up throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Internal professional coordination

  • Effective cooperation with internal partner departments (production, development, engineering).
  • Organization of technical consultations and ensuring the internal flow of information in order to serve customer needs accurately.

4. Precise administration and CRM management

  • Keeping up-to-date documentation and sales administration.
  • Accurate use of the CRM system (customer management software), continuous updating of contracts, records and statuses.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience(in sales/ customer relations/sales support)
