For this, we are looking for a colleague who: not only coordinates, but also controls and carries out the processes, precisely and consistently.

What are you going to do?

1. Full sales support (End-to-End coordination)

  • Operational support of the sales process from quotation to order to fulfillment.
  • Preparing offers, taking over closed deals and coordinating implementation.

2. Customer relationship management and communication

  • Proactively maintaining contact with customers and providing continuous information.
  • Handling customer inquiries, sending status reports and following up throughout the entire project lifecycle.

3. Internal professional coordination

  • Effective cooperation with internal departments (production, development, engineering).
  • Organizing technical meetings and ensuring internal information flow to accurately serve customer needs.

4. Precise administration and CRM management

  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and sales administration.
  • Accurate use of the CRM system (customer relationship management software), continuous updating of contracts, records and statuses.
