Main tasks

  • Manual and automated testing of new features and products.
  • Development and maintenance of Python-based automated tests.
  • Performing regression tests and continuously expanding them.
  • Build test cases for new features based on client errors.
  • Exploratory and use case based testing.
  • Reproducing, documenting and tracking errors.
  • Use Linux-based labs.
  • Operation and development of CI/CD-based test processes.
  • Collaborate with developers, Product Management, Support, and documentation colleagues.
  • Analyze recurring customer issues and turn them into test cases.
  • To make recommendations to improve the usability, diagnosis, and quality of the product.

Requirements

  • Higher education in engineering or information technology.
  • Python programming skills.
  • Linux user-level knowledge.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies.
  • Use version control systems (Git).
  • Error handling systems (e.g. Jira).
  • Confidently use English-language documentation.

An advantage

  • Test automation experience.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD systems.
  • Network basics (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH).
  • Testing of hardware-based or embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of camera, image processing or AI-based systems.
  • API testing experience.
