Area Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and clients in your area.
  • You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the assigned properties in your area and for ongoing sales, cost, and quality management.
  • You will be responsible for creating and implementing the budget for your businesses.
  • You continuously report on the performance of your objects (internally, but also to clients).
  • You conduct monthly safety and quality checks in your properties.
  • You are responsible for opening new locations in your area.

You bring the following:

  • Ideally, you have completed commercial or technical training.
  • Experience in team leadership in the service sector and a proactive personality
  • Aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Openness to new technologies and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and resilience.
  • Driving licence B
  • German and English required
