Assistant - Digital Parking Solutions (m/f/d)

Part-time 20 hours/week

Your tasks:

  • You will provide administrative support to our team, including communication, coordination, database maintenance, and ordering.
  • Monitoring of camera functions and communication for troubleshooting.
  • Creating analyses for customer reports
  • Support with project tracking and scheduling
  • Customer communication for support requests

You bring the following:

  • A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship.
  • Prior work experience, ideally in an organizational field, is advantageous.
  • Taking personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and efficient working methods.
  • Accuracy , teamwork, professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Solid PC application skills (MS Office, primarily Excel, Outlook).
  • Very good German skills
