We are now looking for a person for our service center at BER Airport
Call center agent (m/f/d) (inbound) at BER full-time or part-time

Your tasks:

  • You provide expert and service-oriented advice to our customers from several airport locations in writing and on the phone
  • You work with different systems and pre-booking models
  • Your tasks include helping our customers with questions and problems as part of a classic first-level service
  • You process complaints and the bookings of our customers
  • You contribute your experience and your ideas to implement new projects
  • You support with commercial tasks in internal cooperation with our specialist departments

What sets you apart:

  • High service orientation and communication skills
  • You have good knowledge of German and English
  • Ideally, you already have experience in a call center and are familiar with dealing professionally with end customers
  • You enjoy working with the PC
  • General computer skills, especially MS Office, are required
  • You are reliable and resilient
  • You work in a solution-oriented and constructive manner
  • You have a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work in changing shifts (6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., no night work), sometimes also on weekends
