Your mission:

We handle payroll processing in-house for approximately 1,000 employees of the APCOA Group. In addition, the team prepares employment contracts, certificates, and other correspondence in collaboration with the HR Business Partners and serves as the point of contact for managers, employees, and external parties. You will be responsible for a defined group of employees and can also contribute to and develop your skills in many other specialized areas.

You will:

  • To carry out the monthly payroll processing on time and to clarify all related tax and social security matters, either independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible handling of administrative personnel processes (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, creation of employment contracts and certificates).
  • Maintain master data in the HR systems (HCM, Payroll and Time).
  • Providing support to colleagues in matters relating to employment and social security law and clarifying open cases
  • Being a contact person for, among others, health insurance companies, pension insurance institutions, employers' liability insurance associations and authorities.
  • Contribute your knowledge and creativity to a continuous improvement process and actively support projects

You have:

  • Solid professional experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of labor law, social security law and income tax law, and experience with common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)
