Facility Manager (m/f/d) full-time

for our properties in Weil am Rhein

You will:

  • Take over the management and support of the properties assigned to you and ensure that our parking garages are operated properly
  • take care of sales, cost and quality management comprehensively
  • Be the first point of contact for our local contractual partners
  • In the role of property manager, manage your team on site, create duty rosters and ensure the motivation, coordination and development of the team
