What awaits you:

You are responsible for the creation of lease and management contracts in a wide variety of sectors. This includes:

  • Contract management: Coordination of commercial data, evaluation of legal details including assessment of payment/billing modalities, coordination of special legal issues with legal, creation of decision templates for internal committees, drafting of contracts
  • independent processing of public tenders from the screening of the procurement portals, preparation of the documents, preparation of the profitability calculations and procurement documents as well as the administration of the internal and external procurement processes
  • Standardization of contract content and continuous process improvement
  • Control of downstream units
  • Evaluation of relevant sales figures
  • Implementation of sales support measures

What you bring with you:

  • Several years of experience in sales, customer care or contract management in the field of complex real estate contracts or real estate-related services
  • Ideally, a degree in economics/real estate management/business law or comparable professional training with a corresponding additional qualification
  • High level of understanding of the commercial and legal peculiarities in lease and service contracts
  • Good understanding of interface areas (e.g. finance, operations, sales)
  • Analytical thinking and structured way of working
  • Good user knowledge in MS Office and Salesforce
  • Distinct customer orientation
