Sales Manager Urban Hubs (m/f/d)
Working from home in Germany
- Independent acquisition of new partners and joint development of new business models & solutions
- Coordination of the collaboration between the participating departments (including Operations, Sales/Sales Services and Legal) to define the contractual framework of the collaboration.
- Supporting partners during the rollout, prioritizing topics and, if necessary, involving other stakeholders to ensure a swift and comprehensive rollout of our services.
- Continuous motivation of internal and external partners to achieve peak performance
- Regular monitoring of project progress and, if necessary, initiation of appropriate measures to achieve the objectives.
- Product development: Team-based development of solutions that make life easier for the end user when it comes to traditional parking.
You have:
- Ideally, professional experience in solution sales, multi-level marketing, telesales, or project management.
- A university degree with a focus on economics and/or technology
- A quick grasp of concepts and a good understanding of mobility concepts, ideally also related to micro mobility, charging infrastructure and logistics/distribution.
- An open mindset, intercultural competence
- An independent and solution-oriented work style, and a strong desire to shape things.
- You have a high level of commitment and are willing to travel regularly for work.
