Your tasks

  • You acquire objects for the area of parking surveillance in the area of North Rhine-Westphalia / Hesse
  • You are responsible for the identification, development and maintenance of regional key accounts in both the institutional and private sectors and you look after them from the first contact to the successful conclusion of the contract
  • You carry out market, potential and location analyzes and create profitability calculations
  • You work on product development for both B and C customers and create service and product offers for existing and new customers
  • You carry out ongoing analyzes of the relevant market and initiate necessary adjustments at Park & Control PAC GmbH
  • You take part in specialist trade fairs, forums and congresses

Your profile

  • You have experience in the sale of real estate/real estate-related services or you already have b2b sales practice and have completed real estate training

  • You think commercially and have negotiating skills
