This is what you can expect from us
As a Service Agent (m/f/d) in Customer Service, you are the first point of contact for our customers regarding parking at BER Airport:
- Personal, telephone and written support for our customers
- Support with bookings, rebookings and complaints
- Handling inquiries in first-level support
- Working with modern systems and digital prebooking solutions
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Opportunity to contribute own ideas and actively participate in shaping processes
This is what you bring with you
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Enjoyment of communication – even in stressful situations
- Good German skills and conversational English skills.
- Ideally, experience in customer service or a call center (not a must).
- Safe handling of PCs and common software (MS Office)
- Reliability, resilience and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to work shifts between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm
- (no night work, occasional weekends)
