Specialist Contract Management (m/f/d)

You will:

  • Independently prepare, review, and monitor lease and operating management statements (fixed and turnover-based leases).
  • Integrate new contracts into the system and manage them independently.
  • Make payments on time and monitor outstanding items.
  • Be the contact person for clients and auditors
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (including provisions and sales tax returns)
  • closely involve our internal departments such as Legal.
  • Participate in the budget process and contribute your numerical expertise.

You have:

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on finance
  • at least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • sound knowledge of accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounts)
  • Ideally, experience with MS Dynamics Navision and very good MS Office skills.
