Your role

As an Account Manager , you hold a key position. Your focus is on increasing revenue growth, expanding market share per share (MPP), and building strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory.

You are responsible for the marketing and sales of our Pay-and-Display (P&D) systems, various SaaS solutions, Insights and the EasyPark mobile payment solution within your geographic area.

Your tasks

  • Cluster development: You pursue a strategic approach to optimally develop your territory and expand Arrive's market presence.
  • Sales Cycle Management: You control the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and cold calling through contract negotiations to successful closing.
  • Relationship management: You are the central point of contact for your customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Solution presentation: You present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly to decision-makers.
  • Implementation & Upselling: You will accompany the implementation phase and proactively identify potential for upselling with existing customers.
  • CRM & Admin: You keep our CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) up to date and ensure accurate documentation of your sales activities.

Travel required: In this role, you'll travel extensively to meet clients in person (approximately 60% of your working time, typically 3 days per week). You'll use the remaining time flexibly for preparation and follow-up – virtually or in consultation with your manager.

Location: Western Germany

This is what you bring with you

  • Education & Experience: You have a bachelor's degree (business administration, sales, marketing or similar) and at least 3-5 years of sound experience in sales or account management – ideally in the areas of parking management, smart city or tech.
  • Product expertise: You have a deep understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies. Knowledge of P&D systems or mobile apps is a major plus.
  • Sales strength: You are skilled in negotiation, have a strong closing ability, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication: You communicate clearly, convincingly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group – both orally and in writing.
  • Personality: You are self-motivated, results-oriented and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical skills: You are proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite.
  • Languages: You speak fluent German C2 and have good English skills B2 / C1 for internal communication in the global team.
