Your Role
As an account manager, you occupy a key position. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage (MPP), as well as building strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory.
You will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of our pay-and-display (P&D) systems, various SaaS solutions, insights and the mobile payment solution EasyPark within your geographical area.
Your tasks
- Cluster development: You will take a strategic approach to develop your territory in the best possible way and expand Arrive's market presence.
- Sales Cycle Management: You manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiations and successful closing.
- Relationship management: You are the central contact person for your customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent support.
- Solution presentation: You will present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly in front of decision-makers.
- Implementation & Upselling: You will accompany the implementation phase and proactively identify potential for upselling with existing customers.
- CRM & Admin: You will always keep our CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) up to date and ensure precise documentation of your sales activities.
Travel: In this role, you will be on the road a lot to meet customers in person (approx. 60% of the working time, usually 3 days per week). You can use the rest of the time flexibly for preparation and follow-up – virtually or in exchange with your manager.
Location: Southern Germany
What you bring to the table
- Education & Experience: You have a bachelor's degree (business administration, sales, marketing or similar) and at least 3-5 years of in-depth experience in sales or account management – ideally in the areas of parking management, smart city or tech.
- Product know-how: You have a deep understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies. Knowledge of P&D systems or mobile apps is a big plus.
- Sales strength: You are fluent in negotiation, strong in closing deals and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Communication: You communicate clearly, convincingly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group – both orally and in writing.
- Personality: You are self-motivated, results-oriented and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Technology: Dealing with CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite is routine for you.
- Languages: You are fluent in German C2 and have a good knowledge of English B2/C1 for internal communication in a global team.
